MESA DEL SOL DESIGN BOOK, ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO
Wolff Lyon Architects wrote and illustrated the Design Book which will guide the design of the residential neighborhoods to be constructed at Mesa del Sol.

 

THE OVERLOOK NEIGHBORHOOD, CARBONDALE, COLORADO
Wolff Lyon Architects developed a master plan and created Design Guidelines and Standards for a new neighborhood in Carbondale consisting of 200 residential units and 40,000 s.f. of non-residential use.

 

NORTH VILLAGE, MT. CRESTED BUTTE, COLORADO
Wolff Lyon Architects developed a master plan and created Design Guidelines and Standards for 1,000 units in mixed-density building prototypes with a mixed-use Village Center in Mt. Crested Butte.

 

DARTMOUTH COLLEGE, RIVERCREST, HANOVER, NEW HAMPSHIRE
This 260-unit, mixed-use development on 35.9 acres is located approximately 1.5 miles north of the Dartmouth College Campus.

 

TRUCKEE RAILYARD, TRUCKEE, CALIFORNIA
This project consisted of a building type study for 330 units of variable density housing combined with up to 75,000 s.f. of commercial uses to be employed in the redevelopment of abandoned railyards in Truckee.

 

SUNRISE VALLEY, WASHINGTON CITY, UTAH
The Sunrise Valley development plan proposes to create two compact, mixed-use, mixed-density neighborhoods incorporating the principles of New Urbanism.

 

GOLDEN RUN, ERIE, COLORADO
Wolff Lyon Architects designed and illustrated the Master Plan for Golden Run, a proposed 330-acre
mixed-use development in Erie, Colorado.

 

STAPLETON DESIGN BOOK, DENVER, COLORADO
Wolff Lyon Architects wrote and illustrated the Neighborhood Design, Architectural Design and Architectural Style sections of The Design Book for Forest City’s redevelopment of the former Stapleton International Airport.

 

Neighborhood Design / Affordable Housing

 

FOOTHILLS COMMUNITY, BOULDER, COLORADO
The Housing Authority of the City of Boulder selected Wolff Lyon to design the plan for a 130-unit mixed building type neighborhood adjacent to a new community park in North Boulder.

 

THE POPLAR COMMUNITY, BOULDER, COLORADO
The Poplar Community consists of 14 owner-occupied single-family homes which shape a small neighborhood around a central commons, and is the first project to be sponsored and developed by the Affordable Housing Alliance.

 

SYRACUSE VILLAGE, DENVER, COLORADO
Syracuse Village provides affordable home ownership opportunities in one of Stapleton's premier neighborhoods.

 

DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY, FORT BLISS, EL PASO, TEXAS
The Residential Communities Initiative at Fort Bliss, Texas consists of 2,752 units of family housing in 14 neighborhoods on and off-base.

 

DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY, HAWAII, PEARL HARBOR, HAWAII
The Navy Hawaii Regional Housing Privatization Project consists of roughly 2,000 units in five family housing sites surrounding Pearl Harbor.

 

MILL HAVEN, LAPORTE, COLORADO
Mill Haven represents a unique opportunity for the Stegner Family, the Laporte Area Planning Advisory Committee, and Larimer County to create a well-balanced and authentic community.

 

MILLER RANCH, EDWARDS, COLORADO
The overall goal for Miller Ranch is to create a variety of housing opportunities within a mountain setting that will establish a true sense of place and community.

 

NORTH COURT, BOULDER, COLORADO
North Court is a vibrant new development in North Boulder that features 68 one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences along with nine workspaces.

 

NORTHERN LIGHTS, BOULDER, COLORADO
Northern Lights is the second project to be sponsored and developed by the Affordable Housing Alliance and is part of the Holiday Neighborhood in North Boulder.

 

STAPLETON GARDEN COURTS, DENVER, COLORADO
Garden Courts can be used effectively in neighborhood design to provide a counterpoint to traditional building-to-street relationships characteristic of typical street grids.

 

WELLINGTON NEIGHBORHOOD, BRECKENRIDGE, COLORADO
The Wellington Neighborhood is a mixed-density neighborhood located one mile from downtown Breckenridge.

EIGHTH & PEARL, BOULDER, COLORADO
The Eighth and Pearl project consists of 18,000 s.f. of residential, retail and office space, including the offices of Wolff Lyon Architects.

 

NINTH & PEARL, BOULDER, COLORADO
Ninth and Pearl is a mixed-use infill project located on a 14,000 s.f. lot in downtown Boulder.

 

MAIN STREET NORTH, BOULDER, COLORADO
Main Street North is a mixed-use development at the gateway to the Holiday Neighborhood in North Boulder.

 

MASON STREET NORTH, FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
Mason Street North is a mixed-use project at the edge of Lee Martinez Park a few blocks from the historic downtown core of Fort Collins.

 

WEST END LOFTS, BOULDER, COLORADO
The West End Lofts are located on a prominent corner at the edge of downtown Boulder.
