Project Description:

The Blue Vista Neighborhood is a mixed-density, mixed-income residential community located in southeast Longmont, Colorado.

Thistle Community Housing and Boulder Creek Builders are providing affordable homeownership opportunities within a diverse community based on traditional design principles. Wolff Lyon Architects created the site and architectural design.

A variety of building types respond to different household compositions and resident income ranges. A mixture of single family detached houses, duplexes, townhouses, and small apartment buildings are mingled together within the neighborhood.

The site design provides for 100 of the 198 homes to be permanently affordable (51%).
