Description:
Main Street North is a mixed-use development at the gateway to
the Holiday Neighborhood (formally the Drive-In Theater site in
north Boulder).
Buildings and uses are arranged to create a lively setting along
Broadway and Yellow Pine Ave. Tenants include Spruce Confections,
Proto's Pizzeria, Zumo Hair Salon, a fitness center, as well as
other shops, offices and residences. Well-defined common areas
provide places for café seating and outdoor gathering.
The architecture blends a traditional "Main Street"
two-story scale with dramatic residential volumes creating an
exciting streetscape.
Office and retail spaces range in size from as small as 630 sq.
ft. to as large as 4,000 sq. ft. There are fourteen for sale residential
units, with eight 2-bedroom and six 1-bedroom units. Four units
are for homeowners earning less than 67.8% of the area median
income (AMI) and are deed-restricted.
