Project Description:
Wolff Lyon
Architects wrote and illustrated the Neighborhood Design, Architectural
Design, and Architectural Style chapters of The Design Book for
the redevelopment of Denver's Stapleton International Airport
site. This project, which is being developed by Forest City, is
the largest traditional neighborhood development in the country.
At build out Stapleton will have over 30,000 residents on 4,700
acres. Wolff Lyon has worked closely with Calthorpe Associates
and EDAW in refining the Master Plan and creating The Design Book,
which gives specific details to production builders on how to
achieve the desired vision for Stapleton’s neighborhoods.
