Project Description:

Syracuse Village provides affordable homeownership opportunities in one of Stapleton's premier neighborhoods.

Five and eight-unit buildings are arranged to enclose each block and provide a continuous frontage along all of the adjacent streets. Ground floor units have individual entries with street-oriented courtyards providing access to homes on the second level. Inside, the homes have open, contemporary floor plans with high ceilings and dynamic corner windows. The simplicity of the organization plan creates construction and cost efficiencies.

A very livable environment has been created at a net density approaching 35 units per acre.
